Nursing Care
  • Skilled nursing assessment (including, but not limited to: CHF, COPD, CVA, pain assessment, anti-coagulation therapy, urinary retention, and monthly catheter changes)
  • Teaching regarding medication, disease process
  • Wound Care (wound care certified RN on staff)

  • IV Therapy, including parenteral therapy and central line maintenance

Admissions 7 days a week
